What We Do

Four Service Lines

Each service line serves a distinct need for carriers, MGAs, and underwriters. From full claim adjusting to drone-only fly-overs — we cover the entire spectrum.

01
Claims Work
Field Adjusting

Full independent adjuster work for residential and commercial claims. We handle the complete field process — on-site inspection, property sketch, photo documentation, and a full damage estimate in Xactimate or Symbility — so your desk adjuster has everything needed to close the file.

Deliverables include
  • On-site property inspection — interior and exterior
  • Detailed property sketch / diagram
  • Full photo documentation of all damage
  • Complete estimate — Xactimate or Symbility
  • We work in whichever platform your carrier uses
  • Carrier-formatted report per your requirements
  • Residential and commercial — all property types
  • Storm, water, fire, hail, and liability losses
02
Documentation
Inspection Only

Field inspection without a full Xactimate estimate. Ideal when a carrier or desk adjuster needs professional eyes on a property and thorough documentation — photos and a sketch — but will handle the estimate internally or through another channel.

Deliverables include
  • Complete on-site property inspection
  • Detailed property sketch / diagram
  • Full photo documentation — all areas
  • Written field notes and condition narrative
  • No Xactimate estimate produced
  • Residential and commercial properties
  • Fast turnaround — ideal for desk review support
03
Pre-Policy / Renewal
Underwriting Inspections

Ordered by underwriting departments before or at renewal of a policy — not claims-driven. We verify the property matches what was stated on the application, document condition and hazards, and give your underwriter a clear, human-readable risk report to make their decision.

Deliverables include
  • Exterior and interior property documentation
  • 4-Point inspection — roof, HVAC, plumbing, electrical
  • Liability hazard identification (pools, trampolines, dogs)
  • Condition ratings with photos — Good / Fair / Poor
  • AI-powered risk score and flag summary
  • Drone roof documentation standard on every order
  • Structured carrier-ready report — no estimate
04
FAA Part 107
Drone Services

Exterior aerial documentation for both insurance claims and underwriting work. FAA Part 107 certified. We deploy for residential or commercial properties — delivering geotagged, timestamped high-resolution imagery that gives carriers a complete aerial picture without anyone setting foot on a roof.

Deliverables include
  • 4K aerial photos — all roof slopes and elevations
  • Geotagged and timestamped imagery
  • Roof condition documentation from above
  • Acreage and outbuilding survey capability
  • Pre/post storm damage documentation
  • Used for claims work OR underwriting
  • Residential and commercial properties
Deep Dive

What Is an Underwriting Inspection?

Most people know what a claims inspection is. Underwriting inspections are different — and critically important for carriers who want to know what they're insuring before they insure it.

The Core Purpose

An underwriting inspection answers two questions for your carrier: What will it cost to replace this property if it's totally destroyed? And what risks or hazards exist that could lead to a future claim? Unlike a real estate inspection done for a buyer, an underwriting inspection is focused entirely on insurability and risk — not market value.

When It's Ordered

Carriers order underwriting inspections when writing new homeowners or commercial policies, at renewal on properties that haven't been reviewed in several years, when a property is in a high-risk area, when an application raises red flags, or when a high-value property requires more detailed documentation than a drive-by can provide.

What We Look For

Roof age and condition (via drone), electrical panel type (Federal Pacific and Zinsco are major red flags), plumbing material (polybutylene is a carrier concern), HVAC age and condition, liability hazards like pools and trampolines, deferred maintenance, occupancy verification, and any discrepancies from what was stated on the application.

Roof Inspection — On-Site or Drone

Every underwriting inspection includes a roof assessment. When the roof is safely walkable, our inspector gets up there — boots on the roof, hands-on evaluation of every slope. When the pitch is too steep, the surface is unsafe, or the carrier prefers non-invasive documentation, we deploy the drone. FAA Part 107 certified aerial imagery captures age, material, granule loss, flashing condition, and storm damage from above — without anyone touching a ladder. Either way, your underwriter gets a complete, photo-documented roof report.

Possible Outcomes for the Carrier
Policy Approved As-Is

Property condition matches the application, no significant hazards found, risk is acceptable at the quoted premium.

!
Policy Modified or Conditioned

Inspection reveals issues — carrier requires repairs within 30/60/90 days, adds endorsements, adjusts premium, or excludes specific perils.

Policy Non-Renewed or Cancelled

Serious hazards or material discrepancies found — unsafe electrical, severely deteriorated roof, undisclosed business operations, or property in uninsurable condition.
